- Focus on training and development people to ensure personnel competence is always consistent with the Company’s growing trend;
- The Company’s Board of Management commit to provide sufficient resources to implement above statements.
This policy is periodically reviewed by the Company's Board of Management and is communicated to all employees of the Company for implementation.
